Anarchy Fit
AnarchyFit is a progressive strength and conditioning  program that focuses on increasing strength & conditioning through functional strength training exercises combined with aerobic and anaerobic conditioning exercises. These classes are broken down into three  Blocks: Strength & Conditioning, Interval Training and Engine.
Anarchy Power
AnarchyPower is a progressive strength building program to increase the strength and endurance of every muscle group. The objective of this class is to allow our community to perform isometric and plyometric strength building exercises in order to build muscle, gain strength and become more powerful.
Anarchy Yoga
We have two types of classes:
Vinyasa, flowing from one posture to another while dialing in the breath, vinyasa yoga focuses on strength and stability to unite the body & mind to create a moving meditative state.
Yin, Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that emphasizes holding poses for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes or even longer, to apply pressure on the body’s deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and tendons.
